The new Alay is integrated into the landscape like a sculpture carved by the sea.

The well-known Hotel Alay in Benalmádena proposes an extension to accommodate 90 rooms with views of the Marina, a large restaurant, spa and garage with capacity for 100 vehicles.

The main idea of this project is to design it to see and be seen. On the one hand, the rooms face south, enjoying the best views and optimal sunlight. On the other hand, the new building, located in front of the existing hotel, becomes the landscape that the rooms of the rest of the hotel oriented to the east will contemplate.

On the roof we located an infinity pool and a lounge bar configuring one of the most attractive points of the hotel overlooking the Mediterranean. This solarium will become one of the benchmarks on the coast.
